LQ500 Density Meter

The Toshiba LQ500 Microwave Analyzer measurement technique is based on the way solids affect the propagation of microwaves compared to all other ingredients in the pipe, and thus, the unit is solely specific to the percent solids in the pipe.

The LQ500 has a linear output and is optimized to measure true percent total solids in your process fluid. Accordingly, a very repeatable measurement) and excellent closed loop control is easily implemented.

Primary use for the microwave analyzer is to increase plant efficiency, improve product quality and reduce labor and laboratory cost. It is also used for replacing high maintenance or poor performing meters such as optical, ultrasonic, nuclear, blades, coriolis, etc.

LQ510 Sanitary Density Meter

The LQ510 Microwave Analyzer is the sanitary version of the LQ500 and utilizes the same operational principles. The LQ510 is a 3A approved device for use in sanitary applications such as food and pharmaceutical. All wetted parts are constructed with 316 Stainless Steel. The unit is designed to meet CIP and SIP requirements, depending upon the conditions, and is also available to meet HACCP system requirements. Process connections are made via ISO2852 clamp (IDF clamp) or Tri-Clamp® connections.

Microwave technology has no pressure drop in the line, no vibration of the product, no fouling or depleting sensors, no nuclear issues, and has very low maintenance.

620 and 622 Converter

This product is a converter used for electric flowme
ters that measure the volumetric flow rate of
conductive fluid using Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction.
You can bring out the functions of the converter
when you place it in the converter housing you
prepare and use it in combination with
a fluid rate measurement detector.
The converter sends out a signal to drive the detector exciting coil, which generates a magnetic field inside
the detector. The converter receives the signal electromotive force obtained by the detector, as signal
electromotive force in proportion to the generated flow rate in the fluid using Faraday's law of
electromagnetic induction. After carrying out operation, the converter converts the signal electromotive
force to an analog signal instrumentation unified signal output and displays the status, as a flow rate value.

LF150 Large Flanged Meter

The LF150 is a large meter-size detector with small and light-weight structure. Coil arrangement allows for uneven flow to be measured correctly. Combined with the separate LF230, which has an improved noise suppression circuit, can provide superior signal processing capabilities. The flowmeter is highly resistant to noise and provides a stable output for fluids containing slurries. The LF150 ranges in size from 2,000 mm - 3,000 mm (80" - 120").

LF470 Fractional Flow Meter

The LF470 is a micro fractional detector designed to measure a small amount of fluid containing substance such as chemicals. The wetted materials for the LF470 are corrosion-resistant ceramic and platinum electrodes and are compatible with a wide range of fluids. Unique One-Piece Sanitary Magmeter Design
Most conventional sanitary magmeters are made from three or more pieces before it connects to your process piping. The more parts to a magnetic flow meter detector the greater the chance for bacteria to hide and grow. Toshiba's Gap-Free™ sanitary magmeter is designed as a single body piece eliminating the possibility of liquids solidifying in cracks or gaps in the unit. With the exception of electrodes from the input flow process connector to the outlet flow connector, there is only the Gap-Free™ detector body. The totally gap-free design eliminates gaps, cracks, crevices, flanges, screws, gaskets, matching body adapters and any other part that would allow bacteria to collect. LF502 Magmeter for Partially filled pipes

The LF502 is a magmeter for partially-filled pipes. This magmeter has an improved functional magnetic field distribution technique enabling a high-precision flow measurement from low-level to fully-filled flow conditions. In addition to these characteristics, the LF502 does not allow mud, sands, and other solid sediment to stay at the bottom of the detector pipe and is unaffected by wave or floating solids on the fluid surface. The LF502 also has unique structures such as the positioning of the electrodes, thus eliminating unnecessary piping work such as lifting the downstream pipe section to fill the detector pipe. LF644 Large Magnetic Flow Meter

The LF664 uses Faraday's Law of Electromagnetic Induction to measure the process flow. The device consists of two units. The first is a detector, through which the fluid to be measured flows and in which low level signals proportional to flow rates are obtained. The second unit is a converter which supplies excitation current to the detector, amplifies the signals from the detector, and processes and converts the signals into the 4-20 mA dc current signal. Model LF664 is available as a remote or integrally mounted unit. It ranges in size from 500 mm - 1,950 mm (20" - 78").
