DCP100 is a microprocessor-based ¼ DIN programmer/controller for controlling process variables such as temperature, humidity, flow and other variables across a wide range of applications such as heat treating, environmental chambers, sterilizers and dryers. This ¼ DIN programmer/controller provides 0.25% accuracy and ensures excellent flexibility with its universal power supply, inputs and plug-in options.

Robust program storing capability of the DCP100 programmer/controller (support for up to 8 programs) makes it suitable for a wide range of profiling needs. DCP100 programmer/controller is designed for harsh production environments and can easily be upgraded.

DCP200 Programmer Controller

DCP200 is a microprocessor-based 1/4 DIN programmer/controller suitable for use in compact panel spaces. With an accuracy of 0.1%, DCP200 programmer/controller is ideal for use across a wide range of applications, including heat treating, environmental chamber control, sterilizers and dryers. Its robust profiling options can support up to 64 program profiles with up to 255 segments. With these unique profiling capabilities, this temperature and process programmer/controller boosts process efficiency, reduces the risk of errors and enables improved analysis and documentation of process conditions. The temperature and process programmer/controller is designed for harsh production environments and comes equipped with features for handling emergency situations like thermocouple break and power failures.

DCP300 Programmer and Controller

DCP300 is a microprocessor-based ¼ DIN controller/programmer ideal for an extensive range of applications. Two models of the processor are available–DCP301 is a single-channel programmer with one input and one loop of control, while DCP302 is a dual-channel programmer with two inputs and two loops of control. In addition, a temperature and relative humidity calculation model is also available with the DCP302.

The ¼ DIN controller supports up to 19 program profiles with up to 30 segments per profile and offers high accuracy of 0.1% for input 1 and 0.2% for input 2. The DIN programmer/controller is very easy to use, and makes documentation of process requirements simple.

DPC550 Programmer and Controller

DCP550 is a panel-mounted ½ DIN programmer/controller ideal for use in thermal applications and the control of process variables such as temperature, humidity, flow and pressure. Two models of the device are available–a single-channel unit, DCP551 and a dual-channel unit, DCP552. While DCP551 is available with one or two inputs and has one loop of control, DCP552 comes with two inputs and two loops of control. In addition, a carbon potential model is also available with the DCP552.

IPC5000 Advanced Programmer and Controller

The IPC5000 is a single-or dual-loop programmer/controller ideal for controlling complex applications such as furnaces, environmental chambers, industrial ovens, and sterilizers. It is very easy to operate and configure and can be used in harsh industrial environments.

With its outstanding flexibility, IPC5000 establishes itself as an incredible monitoring system and enables operators to monitor and/or manage the process from other plant locations. It is UL and CE certified and can store up to 32 programs with up to 100 segments per program, and a total of 800 segments. Similar to its predecessors, IPC5000 brings cost saving to manufacturers by reducing the initial purchase price, as users need to order and pay for only what they need.
