We are actively in search of an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast growing organization.

This is a Remote Office, so it will require an individual who is Self-Motivated, Thoughtful, Organized,  and will actively learn how to contribute to the success of our company.

In this role, the primary focus will be a customer service function and will entail quoting and  product support  as well as introducing new offerings of products and/or services to an established customer base. Some basic Job requirements would include (See Link for Complete Details):

• Customer interfacing includes follow-up from web information requests, contacting existing customers as required, and responding to requests for quotations.  Other related duties may be assigned.
• Responsibilities: Contact customers on a continuous basis, in an effort to promote new and existing  products/services offerings Make cold calls, customer care calls, inquiry calls, and customer satisfaction calls Capture accurate and complete information in CRM (Customer Management System) to maintain and expand the database of prospects of an organization Review and interpret customer contracts such as purchase orders, RFQ's, Technical Support or our Manufactures Products.
• Maintain weekly status updates on sales opportunities against target goals.
